Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service, including websites, emails, and social media posts. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may export your website (full HTML/CSS) and data at any time.
Content generated by Mika's AI is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing all AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the property of Verifide Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. The Mika name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Verifide Labs.
You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk email (spam); generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; or interfere with the operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verifide Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service, including website traffic, lead generation, or revenue.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
