Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and business information you provide to set up your account and website.

Anthropic (Claude AI): AI content generation. Your business descriptions and prompts are sent to Anthropic's API to generate website content, emails, and recommendations. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. Anthropic Privacy Policy
Resend: Transactional and marketing email delivery. Email addresses and content are shared with Resend to send emails on your behalf. Resend Privacy Policy
Google Analytics: Website analytics to understand usage patterns. We use anonymized data collection where possible. Google Privacy Policy
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently delete it. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes indefinitely. Backup data is automatically purged within 90 days of deletion.

You can export your website (full HTML/CSS), lead data, email content, and analytics at any time through the platform. If you leave Mika, you take your data with you.

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
